Booking Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS
To secure your wedding date a non-refundable/non-transferable $300 booking fee is required. This amount will be deducted from the total invoice amount. The full remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your booking date. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been received. A reminder email will be sent out prior to the final payment being due.
BOOKINGS
Kylie allocates sufficient time to each wedding booking to ensure clients receive her complete attention and creative focus on their special day. She will arrive at the time necessary to ensure the client and their party are fully prepared on schedule and will remain on-site for touch-ups and veil placement prior to departure for the ceremony.
A minimum booking of two (2) service is required for all appointments. For weddings scheduled on Saturdays, a minimum of four (4) service is required.
For any start time prior to 7:00 AM, an early morning fee of $50 per hour will apply.
PREVIEWS
Previews are highly recommended and will be conducted at the studio in Knoxfield, Victoria. The cost of the preview will be due on the service day and will be invoiced seperately from your wedding day invoice.
TRAVEL FEE/ PARKING
Travel costs vary depending on location. Travel fees are calculated at $100 per hour. If paid parking is required, this is to be paid and provided for, before arriving. Please give clear instructions on parking/ accessibility prior to the wedding. This will ensure a smooth start to the morning and avoid delays. For interstate and destination weddings, flights and accommodation wil be an additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No reductions in numbers can be made once the invoice has been sent and agreed upon. Cancellations of weddings require a minimum of 90 days notice. Cancellations without 90 days notice will be charge 50% of the remaining balance, and less than 30 days notice will be charge full amount of remaining balance. If you postpone your date within the 90 days a new booking fee will be required.
