
Booking Terms & Conditions
PAYMENTS
To secure your wedding date a non-refundable/non-transferable $300 booking fee is required. This amount will be deducted from the total invoice amount. The full remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your booking date. You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has been received. A reminder email will be sent out prior to the final payment being due.
BOOKINGS
Kylie only schedule one wedding booking per day so you have her undivided attention and full creative energy on your big day! She will be with you for whatever start time is required to have you and your party ready on time and will stay for touch-up and veil placement before you leave for your ceremony. There is a minimum call-out fee of three people for all bookings and a minimum of 5 people for Saturdays weddings. For a start time before 6am an early morning fee is required.
PREVIEWS
Previews are highly recommended and will be conducted at the studio in Knoxfield, Victoria. The cost of the preview will be due on the service day and will be invoiced seperately from your wedding day invoice.
TRAVEL FEE/ PARKING
Travel costs vary depending on location. Travel fees are calculated at $100 per hour. If paid parking is required, this is to be paid and provided for, before arriving. Please give clear instructions on parking/ accessibility prior to the wedding. This will ensure a smooth start to the morning and avoid delays. For interstate and destination weddings, flights and accommodation wil be an additional cost.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Booking fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. No reductions in numbers can be made once the invoice has been sent and agreed upon. Cancellations of weddings require a minimum of 90 days notice. Cancellations without 90 days notice will be charged 50% of the booking total. If you postpone your date within the 90 days a new booking fee will be required.
